Wonderful. The staffs are courteous and the guards are friendly,courteous and always helpful.

I like the room and the location. Breakfast not much selection and if given a choice I prefer not to have one if I cam deduct it from the hotel fee. Love the fact that they have hot/cold water and unli coffee in the lobby. And booking.com gave us a free upgrade so we have 2 double beds. I like how the guards remember the guests and are always helpful.

I dont like that price of the room depends on the number of occupants who are more than 12yo even if they dont ask for extra bed instead of per room as long within the limit capacity of the room and they consider more than 12yo an adult when technically 19yo is considered adult. But this is not only in microtel but all hotels in baguio city. Very odd indeed.

A very nicely located Baguio hotel

I like that the rooms have ac. Even though it is in Baguio I dont find non-ac rooms cold enough, so its great to have ac in their rooms. I love the fact that they have water dispenser in every floor and the best is they have ice maker on the ground floor.

Can easily here noise from the hallway or adjacent room.

Nice relaxing hotel near Victory Liner

Location as it was just beside Victory Liner. Staff were attentive to our request.Fast service,food is good and room was very comfy.

Everything was good except that it’s not really clean

Good location, near popular spots. Attentive and very kind staff. Easy check-in and checkout

Our room smelled bad and we had to ask for a change of pillows as the first one had weird stains and smelled bad. The duvet inside the sheets were so yellow and smelled so bad there were dusts on the walls and the door also.

Beds were extra comfy. Staff was nice. Wifi was okay and worked most of the time. When it did not work, staff helped quickly to resolve the issue.

Not a lot of vegetable options. Food were cold.

The beds were extra comfortable. Check-in was okay. Staff were all accommodating. It is very close to the bus station. The room was big. There were water dispensers everywhere.

Wish there were more vegetable options. Heating food was ok for a fee, which was sad. Free coffee was not brewed coffee. No fridge in the room.

i loved the location , walking distance to burnham park , session road , cathedral and the Mall, Love also the endless flow of coffee and the nice staff.

what i don't like is the small cockroach in the ceiling in our room. but i called front desk and they quickly remove it. and also got a clog drain in the shower. and i called front desk and they quickly unclogged it. Nice staff , very quick to response..

The room was so clean, comfortable, and useful. Staff was kind, too. It was great stay in Baguio, I want to use again.

I stayed at 1st floor, so we heard some noises. And I wanted to move shower head.

Staff were nice and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and the room was still spacious. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job in ensuring our stay as well.

View wasn't that good but that's about it. I wish there were more vegetable options for those who cannot consume meat, eggs and dairy.

Room was impressively spacious. Car parking was available. Security guard demonstrated a very welcoming and polite demeanor.

Toilet paper was unreachable once sitted on the bowl :(

The bed and pillows are so comfy. The complimentary tooth brush was of good quality. The breakfast was nice but average.

We need to get out to get water from the dispenser along the hallways. The towels in the toilet are moist, it felt like it was already been used. The shampoo and bar soap in the toilet are of cheap quality. The faucet in room 329 does not have aerator. Wasted so much water. The shower is not water efficient as well.
